I chewed tobacco for around 20 years. I tried a few times to quit with really poor success. I never made it past 48 hours. With baccoff I finally found success. Its been about 2 months now completely tobacco free. Heres what worked for me. With the baccoff I also bought nicotine pouches. I started with the 6mg then progressed to the 3mg. I would combine a nicotine pouch with the baccoff every time at first. Then I slowly started having chews without a nicotine pouch. At first only 1 time per day without a nicotine pouch. Then I eventually got to where I would only have 1 nicotine pouch when I woke up, and 1 at night. I eliminated the night pouch first and finally last week eliminated the nicotine completely. I have had 2 days since then where I used a single nicotine pouch at night. Either way this is a million times healthier then chewing tobacco. I never thought I could make it this far. Baccoff is the only product that simulates tobacco well enough for it to work. Thank you baccoff!!
